Ryan Felmet
Managing Director
Ryan has spent fifteen years implementing governance and operating models inside some of the largest and most complex private fund managers, including Apollo Global Management and Cerberus Capital Management.
At Apollo Global Management, he was focused on the credit platform as it scaled past $300 billion in AUM across more than 100 funds, leading the development and operationalization of investment compliance and monitoring infrastructure. He translated mandates, CLO indentures, and rating agency requirements into systems used in day-to-day portfolio management and trading, and presented breach identification and resolution to the investment committee.
At Cerberus Capital Management, he built and implemented the firm's entity management platform and designed a firmwide portfolio company governance system capturing legal structure, board composition, ownership, financials, and embedded compliance requirements, alongside enhancements to the firm's data infrastructure. Earlier roles at AIG and Morgan Stanley centered on enterprise risk, liquidity, and treasury operations across large, multi-entity organizations.
Diana Faillace
Senior Advisor
Diana brings over twenty years' experience advising private fund, corporate, and financial institution clients on corporate, compliance, and operating matters. She served as Director, Deputy General Counsel at Cerberus Capital Management, where she led legal, corporate, entity management, and compliance operations initiatives across the platform. She also served as Senior Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler, covering client matters and initiatives in AML/KYC (U.S. and foreign), trading compliance, and private fund compliance governance.
Over the course of her career, she has developed broad abilities to analyze complex business issues and craft effective, business-focused legal and tactical solutions.
