Current State vs. Target State

Fragmented governance is the default state. Responsibilities split across siloed teams, platforms that are not systems of record, and reporting that cannot be verified before it reaches LPs, auditors, or the board, all while incurring unnecessary cost from outside counsel and redundant process. AI cannot layer on top of this; it would only amplify a broken system.
